"A year or so ago I was speaking with Jack Witherington about a project we had been collaborating on. We were unable to come to an agreement on how to incorporate the steel that the design required, yet maintain the more traditional feel of wood to wood connections. After we spoke to you (Mike) at your booth in Burlington, we knew the problem was solved.

The TIMBERLINX system comes with a willing and eager support staff of Mike, Neil, Lindsey and Jane. Chip Swanson, your Vermont distributor, was always there to walk us through any questions we had.

The support team is wonderful but the product is so easy to use they will probably feel like a certain name brand appliance repairman in the near future!

The TIMBERLINX system solved a problem for us, and using it that first time showed us the flexibility of the system. We used 9.5 connectors, we used 15.5 and we used 17.5's. We also used two 36" fasteners which were installed as easily as the 9.5's.

We are finding new uses for TIMBERLINX every day. A lot of those uses are in restoration where it would be financially prohibitive to replace a number of timbers. We can install a few TIMBERLINX connectors and still maintain the antique charm of the existing structural elements, while saving time and money for us and for our clients.

The only learning curve involved in using your product, is to learn of its existence."
